The Rwanda Investment Directory is a directory. It shows investment opportunities that owners, issuers and our own team have submitted, and it puts you in touch with them. Nothing is bought or sold here, and we are not a party to any agreement you make.

Please read before you contact anyone

• The information comes from third parties. Prices, sizes, returns and descriptions are provided by the person who listed the asset. They can be out of date or wrong.
• This is not financial, legal or tax advice. Speak to a licensed adviser, lawyer or broker before you commit money.
• Check the owner and the documents yourself. Ask to see the owner's ID and meet them. For land and property, confirm the title at the land registry. For a company, confirm its registration at RDB. For bonds, T-bills and stocks, confirm with the issuer, the Rwanda Stock Exchange or a licensed broker or bank.
• Do not pay before you have seen the asset and the documents. Be careful with deposits, urgent deadlines and requests to pay into a personal account or mobile money number.
• We accept no liability. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses that result from using this directory or from dealing with anyone listed on it.

What a review covers

Before a listing goes live, our team reviews it. A review is a desk check of what the lister gave us. It typically includes checking the lister's ID details, looking at the ownership or authority documents they uploaded, and, where possible, calling the number on the listing. We also mark when a listing was last reviewed, and listings expire after 90 days unless they are confirmed again.

A review is not an inspection of the asset, a legal due diligence, a valuation or an endorsement. A "reviewed" date means our team looked at the listing on that day. It does not mean the asset is safe, sound or fairly priced.

If something looks wrong

Use the "Report this listing" button on any entry. We look at every report and can take a listing down while we check it. If you think you have been the victim of fraud, also report it to the Rwanda Investigation Bureau.
